Managing LDAP accounts

To use LDAP authentication, you need to first ensure that you have your respective LDAP directory set up. For more information about LDAP, refer to your LDAP documentation. For more information on the LDAP security plug-in, see "LDAP security plug-in" on page 224.

Note:    When you install BusinessObjects Enterprise, the LDAP authentication plug-in is installed automatically, but not enabled by default.
